1. The Korean company received a sample from Sri Lanka Charcoal manufacturer, which was certified by the Korean government agency.

2. The goods that arrived in the container were of a much lower quality than the certified quality and were refused customs clearance by the Korean government. 

3.  In the process, the Sri Lanka company has repeatedly insulted the Korean government and Korean company and demanding double the money to send back the certified grade of product.
